Our Story

In 2021, Grandpa’s House, LLC Owners Tony and Gina Harp faced a challenge many families know too well: What do you do with a lifetime of memories when a loved one moves on to their next chapter?

When Gina’s grandpa passed away and her grandma transitioned into assisted living, our family was overwhelmed. We wanted to focus on her care, but we were buried under the physical and emotional weight of a 50-year-old estate. After navigating those hurdles as a family, we realized there was a gap in our community. Families didn't just need someone to buy a house; they needed a partner to help them through the entire relocation process. 

Tony and Gina developed the idea for Grandpa’s House, LLC while brainstorming ways to help the community and reflecting on past experiences where guidance and help would have been beneficial. The experience the family had with their grandparents’ house quickly came to mind. Since they had been through this process previously, they decided to form a company to assist other families in similar situations, hoping to lessen the burden for others.
